How to report a content on MYETV
Reports can be sent anonymously, without the need for login; keep in mind, however, that if you send a specific report for example for violation of some rights we may request a document that verifies the actual ownership of the rights of that content (for example proof of ownership of the shared website and/or of the account of the shared content). There are two ways to report content on MYETV: via the button located in the content, with a handwritten report that can include multiple content.
Content reporting button
This button is usually located in the content menu with the name "Report this content", pressing the button will bring up a window with a selection of options with different reasons for the report; by selecting an option and clicking on the "Report this content now" button you will be redirected to support.myetv.tv with part of the report already written in the language chosen on myetv.tv precisely the reason for the report, the language used, the date and the time of reporting, the complete URL to report and then a space to write further information. Remember to type your name and your email, the email is important and must be a real email or the report will be automatically deleted. The report will be sent to the first available moderator who will route it to the administration if necessary.
Handwritten report which may include more content
This type of report can be sent directly via support.myetv.tv by pressing the "submit a ticket" button and then choosing "report a content on MYETV" as the category; in this way you will have the possibility to write a report manually by entering all the information useful for identifying the reported contents. Remember to enter your name and a valid email address or the report will be automatically deleted.
Access reports already sent
To see the responses to your reports and interact with the moderators at support.myetv.tv just press the "View existing tickets" button and enter the "ticket tracking ID", i.e. the code of the ticket you received in the email entered when sending the report, you will also have to enter the email address that was included in the report itself. This way you will be able to keep track of the progress of your report and possibly respond if you are asked for further information. Please note that if you submit a copyright notice, for example, we may request a document verifying that you are authorized to submit such a notice by the rights holders if it has not already been submitted.
